HollandKade (hollandkade.com) is an Iranian-founded platform based in the Netherlands, offering an online marketplace, appointment booking, and event publishing services. - Access & portability: Download a JSON export of all your data from your dashboard profile
- Rectification: Edit your information at any time from your profile page
- Erasure: Request account deletion from your dashboard — data is permanently deleted within 30 days
- Withdraw consent: Turn off marketing emails at any time from your profile settings
- Complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. Data is only shared in the following circumstances:
- Stripe — secure payment processing (EU servers)
- SMTP email provider — sending system emails
- Legal obligations — if required by law or court order

HollandKade uses only essential session cookies required for authentication. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
